A renowned expert in natural medicine, Dr. Doug Cutler founded the Integrative Health Model™ and practices a holistic approach using naturopathic medicine to create breakthroughs in his patient’s health.

His ability to empower patients to better health after they have exhausted conventional methods, has patients on an extensive waitlist to see him. Doug Cutler, ND received his Doctorate of Naturopathic Medicine from Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine and his Bachelor of Science degree from Brigham Young University. Cutler has also obtained postgraduate and extensive training in environmental medicine and genetic polymorphisms under the pioneering and leading experts in the field of medicine. Dr. Cutler’s philosophy and expertise as a Licensed Naturopathic Physician is in discovering the main cause of illness while not only treating the symptoms – which are often the combination of factors such as nutritional or biochemical dysfunctions, lifestyle, genetics, environmental toxins, as well as the mind, emotions, and beliefs.

Besides being the only Doctor in Michigan to have advanced training in Environmental Medicine and Genetic Polymorphisms, Dr. Cutler also specializes in Integrative Medicine, Anti-Aging Medicine, Botanical Medicine, Detoxification Therapies, Specialty Type Testing, Nutrition, Mental and Neurological conditions, women’s disorders, ADD/ ADHD, children’s health, and much more.

Dr. Cutler is a member of the American Association of Naturopathic Physicians, the Michigan Association of Naturopathic Physicians, and the American College for Advancement in Medicine. He is also a member of The Pediatric Association of Naturopathic Physicians and board director for the Naturopathic Academy of Environmental Medicine. He is also on the first board to address the Flint water crisis.
